Everything is good, my only complaint would be that the first candle set I purchased was presented in a lovely box. The next 2 that I purchased for gifts came all separate pieces, not in a box that looked elegant and suitable for a gift.

I’m very disappointed in the product . You made it seem like it was a legit candle . It’s odorless so I just have oil in a jar sitting there until I need candlelight for some reason. Not happy with all the money I spent .

My package was delivered soaking wet, the box was saturated and unsightly. I wanted to give as gift. I sent email but was told box was not intended to be a "gift box" but it would have been nice way to present a gift. I was disappointed. I would think you would want to have your product gifted in a presentable way.

Love this. I only use one candle stick as i find the oil lasts longer. I light my candle everyday for my dad who passed so making the oil last longer saves me some $. One wish would be that the oil come in a larger bottle.

We visited Scout store in Marion, IA. A group of us wandered around and looked at all of the nice things. One thing in particular I noticed was the Everlasting offerings. To be honest, I did not think of getting anything for myself, but I noticed the others buying like crazy. Well, lo and behold, I got a complete set for Christmas from my daughter-in-law, 3 candles, a vase to hold them, a hurricane cover to protect from drafts, and a bottle of Everlasting Oil. After lighting them for the first time, I hurriedly ordered a supply of the oil, so I would not run out! I love them! So pretty. So soothing.

My sister in law bought one for me for Xmas and it was working great. Then all of a sudden one candle isn’t as good as the other 2 sticks? Tried to dry it out but isn’t much better. I have the black sticks. What’s the guarantee by the way. I would love to have all three the same height in terms of the flame. Anything can be done? Thank you I just love it but find the sticks very expensive.
