I loved the concept thought it was amazing but sadly when I lit the candles they are definitely not odorless I found the smell very unpleasant just like kerosene. You advertise these as odorless. honest opinion for feedback, Thanks

I would not necessarily buy the vessels again.
I collect beautiful vases as a flower grower and find those more attractive and unusual as candle holders. The oil is very expensive and almost prohibitive for the many I have gifted the sets.

Very unhappy with this product and customer service. You shipped a glass piece in a box without securing it. It was an anniversary gift that was destroyed upon arrival. When I did a return I asked for a return label. You sent an email with instructions and are trying to charge me for shipping. It was your lack of securing your product that caused the issue and you want me to pay for shipping???

The candle and glass combo are beautiful. My only comment is that I was expecting it to be bigger. I did not read the dimensions so I was surprised at how small the glass was. So I’d recommend that people read the measurements to know exactly what size candle they’re getting. Other than that, it’s beautiful

I was very upset as I sent this as a gift and purchased the gift bag for it to be sent in. After completing my purchase I sent an email confirming this will show up as a lovely gift. Only to find out that was not the case.

I was planning to gift the candle. When it arrived, delivery stickers were all over the box,, as an outside box was not used.
My friend told me there were no instructions in the box.
Plus I had to pay an extra .68 bank charge.
Love your product but I will not order again for the above reasons.
