I love the candle/metal flames, but think it’s too expensive for size, and should add an extra refill bottle (I feel).

The funnel is great. However the oil is a huge disappointment. It barely lasted 24 hours. This makes the candle NOT everlasting and I don't think you should promote it as such. Especially as the product allegedly won't work with any other kind of oil. Right now we are limping along with only one candle lit. :(

I love the candles so much. I was disappointed that one of the vases was broken on delivery. I heard the delivery person “drop” the box and thought that can’t be good. Sure enough he was gone by the time I got to the door and found an item cracked. I never reached out because I assumed the company’s doesn’t have much control over the delivery service. I do wish the items were packaged with bubble wrap or something more secure to avoid unexpected “accidents”. The candles are beautiful though!!
