I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. When I bought sets from Everlasting the first time (just a couple of months ago), they came in a nice box which made them easier and nicer to gift. Now I just got two sets in separate pieces. It seems a bit like penny pinching from the brand.

This is my second set and I bought one set for my sister for Christmas as well. I’m sure she’s going to love them as well. I just wish it came in a box so I could gift them to her nicely.

The product itself is pretty, really nice however I am dissapointed with the product. Pls refer to my picture. It looks nothing like the amber coloured glass in the advertisement for prairie dust. It is a smoky black colour. Also, for the price, larger bottles of the liquid would be a bonus. I have used nearly the entire bottle filling up the glass vessel about halfway.

I purchased the gold candle and when I received it the candle had two tones to it like one Side was in the sun for ages, first thing I noticed then after looking around I noticed that the gold had marks all over it, I asked for my money back and this company wouldn't have a bar of me wanting my money back so I finally after many emails agreed to get a replacement candle I received it today and the EXACT SAME THING. DO NOT BUY THESE CANDLES AS THEY LOOK USED AND MARKED BADLY.

Have already shared my experience by email - I bought two sets as two separate birthday gifts. Received the order squeezed into one box with only one set of instructions. Rather than in your FAQ’s about ordering more than one -maybe you should highlight in your “blurb” that more than one order will not come in its own “presentation gift box…… Gutted to receive my order in this way.

I purchased the Everlasting candle set as a sympathy gift for my sister-in-law as her sister passed away. Since she lives in another state i had it sent directly to her. I was disappointed that i was unable to write a note expressing my sympathy and to let her know who sent it. I had to send a separate card. However, she did love it very much.
