It’s fine but it’s annoying that you don’t include the funnel in the kit and make people pay extra, I didn’t even know until I received it that it was extra.
I spilt the liquid everywhere trying to get it in.

I loved the first two I bought, both gifts, beautifully boxed up. I just had to wrap them. I decided to purchase a third gift and was disappointed when it arrived in a brown packing box, no gift box. I offered to purchase one but was told it wasn’t possible. Obviously I love the product, it is stunning but it’s disappointing the last one wasn’t packaged beautifully like the first two. Now I have to find a box that will accommodate each element, the packaging was part of its beauty.

I love the look, the ambience, the calming feel. For me even though I would love them in every room I live in far north QLD and even our ensuite has a fan in it. Every room has ceiling fans. I was surprised that they blew out faster than a wick. I have it in a corner and use 2 candles only also save oil and not too close to the wall or you get bouncing blow back. As far as elegant goes - perfect, not for alfresco dining either. ,
