Love the look, gives a lovely ambiance to the living room. Had an issue with one the candles after a week of use where it wouldn’t light, tried the tips I found on the FAQ page without success. I emailed you with my issue and was advised to tap the top of the candle on a hard surface to make the wick protrude by 1mm, this did the trick…..you should add this to the FAQ page for others.

I was so excited to get my candle but once I lit it I am so disappointed. It produces so much black smoke that I can’t keep it in the house.
